Real Estate Sales
After 18 years in the industry working for another major Pastoral House, Mark and his wife Louise made the move to return to the place where they grew up and have always called home and step into their own business. He has extensive knowledge of the livestock and real estate markets both locally and in other regions across the country. His years in the industry have allowed him to build an extensive list of contacts in the livestock industry and their requirements. This enables his team to always achieve the best possible results for clients no matter how big or small their consignments.
Mark takes pride in his team of sales professionals. They are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to promote the marketing of your property and livestock to achieve the best results possible. Over the past few years his team has initiated new annual sales and reignited forgotten livestock sales in the Macleay Valley. New sales include the annual "Feeder Steer and Heifer Sale" held each April and the "Replacement Breeder and Heifer Sale" held each August. An annual Weaner sale has also been reignited after many years in limbo. Weaner sales were once an iconic part of the Macleay Valley and now the team have them returned to the producers calendars. The Epic Horse Sale and Campdraft is also a new initiative for the Macleay Valley.
Auctionsplus is also another marketing option Mark has introduced to producers of the Macleay and surrounding regions. This is online marketing of livestock and equipment. Mark is a level 1 Professional Assessor with many years of experience in the role.
"We lead, others follow. That's our commitment to the industry" say's Mark. I take pride in the fact that our office is a friendly place to visit. It's full of not only professional staff, but staff who work together as a team and are always smiling and willing to assist client needs.
Now with the Ray White group, this gives clients a huge range of marketing options for both rural and residential real estate and livestock. Ray White are a formidable force in the real estate and livestock industry and offer a national and international footprint for clients. Mark said the move to join the Ray White group was a natural progression that will benefit all clients.
